Agile Project Management

This 12-week Project Management course is designed to provide learners with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills through real-world projects and exercises. By the end of the course, students will:

  • Be proficient in industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Excel, Power BI, and Agile project management tools.
  • Have experience managing a project from initiation through closure, including planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
  • Be job-ready for project management roles with strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

This comprehensive curriculum ensures that learners can effectively manage projects in any industry and are equipped with both traditional and modern project management techniques, making them highly adaptable and competitive in the workplace.

 100% online, instructor-led with live sessions and self-paced modules. This course is structured and delivered with your convenience in mind:

  • Delivery via designated collaborative learning channel (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams etc)
  • Two classes per week over the weekend with each class lasting 2-3 hours

Week 5: Risk Management & Issue Tracking

Week 10: Monitoring, Controlling & Reporting

Day 1: Monitoring Project Progress

  • Monitoring project health: tracking KPIs, performance, and changes
  • Techniques for controlling project scope, time, and cost
  • Hands-on: Creating project performance reports using Power BI or Excel

Day 2: Change Management

  • Managing change requests and ensuring minimal disruption
  • Change control boards and approval processes

Week 11: Project Closing & Lessons Learned

Day 1: Closing a Project

  • Closing phases: handing over deliverables, final reporting, and documentation
